A yee yee is another term for a country hick, or a hillbilly. These southern bumpkins are enthused by hunting, horses, meat, trucks, and beer. Can usually be identified by cowboy hats, boots, and camo.

Willie is such a yee yee, huntin ducks and drivin trucks.
