Stands for Teeth-on-the-Rim Job. Refers to the use of teeth on someone's rectum, which is difficult to perform given the shape of the anus. Usually a homosexual act, but can be given or received by either gender. Sometimes jokingly represented with a growling sound "GRRRRRRR", referring to the baring of teeth.
