A regular old guy who probably likes checkers. Not chess, but checkers. He is the kind of old guy in a commercial, who sits alone on a bench, admiring the trees in the park. He isn't lonely, but isn't liked and only has like one other old guy friend.
Chaz: Who's the McGee over there?
Murphy: He just sits there, and looks at the sky.
Chaz: Should I talk to him?
Murphy: Nah, he likes to hear the birds.
