A shrum (or the lowers of a sqeedle) have been slobbered on long enough that the splurge has been summoned. Because of this splurging, the shrum becomes moist, thus foaming the shrum. This level of shrum is deterred to as the “foamyshrum”.

In pleasing the great king, I gave him a foamyshrum!
