Instigators 

Someone that tries to divide white people from black and brown people by trying to push everyone else for equity, instead of acknowledging that there is already equity, that all these groups people are already equal without anything having to change for them to be equal as they are.

The instigators held a rally to further divide people into groups of white, brown, and black, since one human race was never going to be good enough for them not to find some shortcoming to pick at until everyone else gave in to the demands of the the group holding the rally, and wrote any new mandate they wanted written as a law or rule. They were the same kinds of people that always tried to divert people's focus from everyday reality to a Confederate statue nobody really paid much, if any attention to until the year everyone paid attention to it.

A crazy or mentally ill person.

The secretary was a fruitcake, but for some reason people, including the lawyer she was in a relationship with, still paid her undue attention.

Someone that is grown on the surface, but is a child and a clown beneath the surface facade.

Someone that is grown on the surface, but is a child and a clown beneath the surface facade.

The reverse man child/girl child looked and sounded serious, but really he/she took nothing seriousy and held nothing sacred.

A way to elevate yourself.

It turned out others could see through the rungs in the bubbly girl' s ladder as well as she could see through the rungs in anyone else's.

Mediocre sex 

Mediocre is kind of like what purgatory would be if there was such a thing as purgatory, it's not the same thing as dull. Dull would be what hell was if there was such a thing as hell, mindnumbingly/irritatingly dull or sadistic.

Girl - Wow, that was the most mediocre sex I have ever had, it doesn't get any more mediocre than that.

Guy- It sounded like you were going to start describing something intense, but you ended up describing something dull.

Girl- No, it wasn't dull and it wasn't intense, it was mediocre. Mediocre might even be an improvement on what that was, but it wasn't dull, not entirely.
