First gentleman or first dude if he's not a gentleman is what the husband of a female president would be called. The primo uomo.
The first gentleman was as good at sports, cooking, welding, or sewing as those girls (his competitive sisters), and he straightened them right out.

Get the First gentlemanmug. Arrogance can come from youth or old age, not just one or the other. Assuming that somebody else envies your youth is arrogance of youth if it isn't based on reality. For example, if a person that lived through the 80s (or 70s, or decades before) wouldn't trade their time during those years for youth, since youth would mean they missed out on all that time and mostly just remember the 90's or 2000's, then they are not envious of anybody's youth. They had their own youth, and they are where they are now, and that is fine with them, because they'd rather be themself than a younger version of themself, or you.
Arrogance can be there at any age. The kind of person that assumes someone else envies their youth must envy the youth of people younger than themselves, and yet not every younger person would make or has made such a narcissistic assumption about other people.

The poseur was a big fish in a small pond back in the small town he was from, where he was a known town bully, and he expected the locals in others places to treat him not only as one of their own, but as the big fish there. He was the kind of guy that robbed a boutique store for female's clothing and sold it back to unsuspecting females to try and get respect from people that didn't even know him, trying to make a name for himself.

Get the Poseurmug. The Olympic games, of all things, are not something to panic over. They're just games, win or lose. Holding nothing sacred but winning is not the point, and you wouldn't panic unless you're someone that holds nothing sacred, because then you'd feel like you had to win.
The uber competitive girl always put the same unrealistic pressure on everybody else that she tried to make it look like people were putting on her, when in reality she had always just been uber competitive about everything, and wanted to turn other people into her. Not everybody thought the Olympic games was a make or break event the way she did.

Get the Olympic gamesmug. The worst kind of game (or sport) is the one that seems designed to be taken seriously. Games (and sports) are the opposite of anything seeious, and there are already enough people in the world always wearing a silly looking game face, a kind of poker face that makes them look and sound more serious than they actually are.
Chess, checkers, they're both games. Warning shots, warning barks, anything with the word warning in front of it seems meant to be taken seriously, and yet that still doesn't mean they came from a serious person, any more than mandates, restrictions, or laws.
