To Milkshake someone is a political protest towards individuals, often politicians, with whom one disagrees. Simply throw the milkshake over the offending individual to make your opposing political views known. Popularised in the UK in May 2019.
The Lone Ranger Milkshaked the odious, little Englander as he peddled his nasty views on the streets of Newcastle.
