To Mosteller is to parade yourself around like you have a real effect on people's lives, when really you represent no one from your home state. Someone who is self-centered and concerned only with themselves. Usually resulting from their participation in beauty contests, they contend that they are important, while they really are worthless. Sense of self-importance usually comes from their relation to a politician.
Brooke Mosteller is convinced that people care about her life after she won the beauty contest, but there are much more important things than who won Miss SC.
