According to Tom, a Lamashay is someone of low intellect and low common sense, e.g. some one who might eat poo. Tom might suggest that a person who annoys him is a lamashay.

Techwomble 

A person who is know for the recovery of old and in most cases, obsolete technology from skips and end of life decommissioning. Usefulness seems to be a secondary factor for them instead favouring an imagined value, driven by the mostly misguided idea that they can "flog it on eBay". Do not approach when engaged in a skip dive as they are know to defend a "find" aggressively.
