downstairs headlock 

For males. The act of masturbating using the inside of your elbow. Imagine putting someone in a headlock, sliding your arm up and down on their neck to choke them. Now replace their neck with your shaft, and their head with the head of your penis.

Guy 1: Hey, what’s wrong with your back? You’ve been hunched over all day.

Guy 2: I was putting myself in a downstairs headlock last night. It’s unsatisfying and leaves you sore. I wouldn’t recommend it.
