The tactic itself involves utilizing quick reflexes to spot an enemy, center them on screen as best as possible, and then zoom into your scope only to then fire as soon as the crosshairs are visible.
Some view it as an exploit. This is due to the fact that the crosshairs essentially "lock on" briefly and allow one to achieve relatively easy one-shot kills. A missed shot usually means one need only quickly repeat. Since it's primarily dependent upon reflexes and simple visual cues, sufficient practice by any player eventually leads to the ability to quick scope repeatedly with a diminishing overall vulnerability while doing so.

A Quickscope King is someone who has mastered Quickscoping, They have mastered the Technique of using it as a Tactic in close proximity with a opponent. aka CQC, CQB. (Close Quarters Combat, Close Quarters Battle)
Quickscoping was ment to be used with a sniper rifle at close range only because using the scope would be foolish and a suicide attempt. Quickscope Kings are the Masters of Sniping and Quickscoping. They show style and Technique with their Kills.

Is a famous Blackhat Hacker, that can override Denial of Service attacks against his Internet, hes associated with anonymous and Infamous. The reason he goes by Invalid IP is because when people try to pull his IP it comes up Invalid. He blocks it with multiple programs that shadow his IP so people can't get it. Invalid IP plays Xbox Live and is probably the most Notorious hacker on xbox live today.
