Scrub backwards. Basically calling someone something worse than a scrub. A stinky man or a whore possibly. Or possibly a person who has been wearing the same fucking pants for a week or two now.

Fucking scrub city.

Devyn: Haha deuce deuce motha fucka! go buy some more tapout clothes bitch!
