Someone so incredibly stupid and/or ignorant that everything above their waist is useless; i.e. a hat for their ass.

Noun. A person who is considered a friend, who also exists in the real world, i.e. made of meat, as opposed to being made of bits.

Yeah, Mike's my good friend. We met on the internet, but then when I met him in person, he became my meatfriend.
