Much like 'Pre-Draft Measurable's' in the NFL. Used to determine a players physical attributes, such as the 40 yd Dash etc 'Pre-Fuck Measurable's,' are used to measure a woman's breast, ass, body, hair, etc.
Aaron: "Dude, I just saw this girl with the biggest ass. Oh my gosh, I would totally fuck her."
Brian: "Really, how big was her ass?
Aaron: "I don't know, I forgot to record her Pre-Fuck Measurable's!"
