The "triple dot" is used mostly when a person is waiting for an answer, or thinking about somthing

Book Term:

Ben: "Hey james are you going to Alex's party this weekend?"

James: "Um ... yea, but i might be doing somthing with my girlfriend this weeked"

Technology Term:

Megan says: "Why did you tell Jack that?!"

Megan says: "... well?!?"

Zack says: "im really sorry, i wasn't thinking"
