When you pull your scrotum up over your balls and part of your penis shaft - resembles a softshell turtle. Used to intimidate new people in male-dominated work places like the military, construction, red-neck organizations. Can also be used if sexual partner is into reptiles or body parts being manipulated into interesting shapes.
