This refers to the state at which someone can no longer keep their eyes open.

Boss: "You're late again Tony!" Tony: "Sorry Boss, I woke up early but I had leadlids so I fell right back to sleep..."

*wakes up after nap* "I want to go outside and ride my bike but I have leadlids..."

Is an end user who is not technologically advanced, who has no regards for cybersecurity, and opens emails and downloads attachments just because they are there.
