Reffering to a man or women with no taste and describing someone who is being a bitch or cunt, typically like a Karen. And it is normally used as a swearing word to substitute for bitch, cunt, fucker etc.

Karen: Let me speak to your manager because I'm angry at myself and my sad life
Man/women: oh my God this women is being a dobman
