woogie eye 

A condition also known as strabismus in which the eyes are not properly aligned with each other. It typically involves a lack of coordination between the eye muscles which prevents bringing the gaze of each eye to the same point in space.

Sleep stupid 

Incoherent utterings after being awakened from a nap or sound sleep. The inability to process lucid thought due to sleepiness or altered states of consciousness.

I'll tell you how the movie ends tomorrow, you're so sleep stupid right now the ending won't make any sense.

shovel ready 

The state or condition of being near death. Exhausted or completely worn out. Passed its useable life.

The doctor referred to his terminal patients as "shovel ready"
