The lingering fecal matter on your anus after a greasy poo.

I had way too many tacos and beer last night...this morning I had some serious stoolagtite's. I even got some on my thumb when I was wiping.

A poo that is so large or messy that it defies definition.

Bill: How was that deuce, Jim?

Jim: It was pooposterous! I think I emptied my entire colon.
