when someone gets drunk and decides to place flower pots in the middle of the road waiting for cars to hit them then gets arrested and starts cussing out the police officer.

Talking Dirty 

When someone is talking to you and you dont understand or have a clue what they are talking about. Simply tell them that they are "talking dirty" to you.

Timmy was talking about cars to Amanda, therefore he was talking dirty.
