Much like Godwin's Corollary, but involving the phrase "slippery slope". The person stating in an argument that something is a "slippery slope", the discussion is ended and the mentioner has lost the argument.
While on a forum discussing "mandated vaccinations", Jim said it was a slippery slope to death panels. Everyone else recognized this as a sign that no rational discussion was going to occur and the discussion was ended. Jim is an asshole. Barbara hated it when a discussion was ended via the LDB Corollary.
