When a guy is having a phone or internet conversation whilst half-heartedly having a wank. The case may be that he is more interested in wanking than having the conversation. Frequently happens during phone sex/cybersex.

Rob: Hey Jim, you know what?

Jim: What?

Rob: When we were talking on the phone last night, you wouldn't shut the fuck up and I got bored, so I started wanktalking.
