Chugging an alcoholic drink, either because it tastes awful but you don't want to waste it, or because you want to get drunk fast.

Janet got to the party late, so she J-Robbed her drink to catch up.

Janet ordered a beer that she'd never heard of. It was gross, so she J-Robbed it.
