Someone who is enjoys kissing bum in an annoying manner. Tends to be extremely annoying and imposing on other people and dickrides constantly. Enjoys using other peoples funds for what he precieves as his own gains when really he's just wasting everyones money and digging himself into a deeper hole of debt and dispair, but still acts perfectly happy in his euphoria of severe retardation.
