Another way of calling someone a wuss or a pussy.
Often used in it's own sentence by itself as one word.

Joe: What did you think of that test?
Alex: Soft.

Screw that 

Said after someone tells or asks you to do something that you're too lazy or you just don't want to do. Can be used the same as "fuck that" or "I don't want to" .

Jim: Dude pass me a coke?
Bill: Screw that!
