someone that hogs all the jobs (dogsitter, babysitter, fish feeder, plant waterer, mail taker-in-er, etc.) in the neighborhood or even in other nearby neighborhoods as well.
this person or teen is very reliable and normally has a lot of money if they now how to manage it.
