Cap rash 

A term used to describe a cranial lesion which can result from wearing a hat too small for ones head. Also common amongst festival-goers who attach a cap tightly to their head to reduce the chances of pilfering by a less desirable other.

What's wrong with your head Dave?
Ahhh... Cap rash.
