Combination of word "remoaner" or "remainer", and the word "retarded". In popular use throughout Britain, to refer to the tiny minority of ignorant, uneducated people that *still* refuse that Brexit was the moral and intellectual correct path.

1: why doesnt the government actually fix some of these problems?

Members of british parliment. After the majority of brits voted to leave the EU, in a "once in a lifetime" referendum, and virtually all MPs agreed to this, the lieing antidemocratic selfserving traitors have done all they can to subvert the will of the people.
