Plum Bob Squarepants

A semi-mythical half man-half firefighter who is said to reside at station 4, but is never seen there. Legend has it he's been seen at all the other stations in the department and even shows up on fires off-duty.

"Hey, Plum Bob Squarepants was on that fire the other day and man, was he kicking ass!"
