Trainfucker 

An autistic person or someone who shows autistic traits. Identifiable by their poor social skills, tendency to hyperfixate on one topic, uncanny ability to make the opposite sex uncomfortable, and general inferiority to those not on the spectrum.

Bradley wouldn't shut up about old Sega games despite my obvious hints that I was not interested in what he was saying. He's such a trainfucker!!
