A popular troupe in fanfiction that usually refers to stories with hurt and/or angst, in which one or more characters deals with an illness and another character takes care of them.

Person 1: I just read a fic where all the teletubies have depression and the vacuum takes care of them.
Person 2: That sounds like a fucked up SickFic
