blow yourself up

To release a particularly nasty,smelly fart. Usually happens after eating Mexican food or something similar (e.g. Taco Bell).

Johnny watched his friend Ben wolf down five bean burritos. Johnny told Ben "you know you're going to blow yourself up in a few minutes."
