To dhawan a match is to score runs without getting out and carry the team to achieve a reasonable total score as the rest of the team gets out. This is named after Shikhar Dhawan who scored 99 not out against Sunrisers Hyderbad after the rest of his team got out on Sunday 9 April 2023.
