Sloppy Guiseppe
The act of getting an Italian salami sausage, placing it in your girlfriend's vagina until she climaxes and then eating it. Sausage must be Italian for it to be a true Sloppy Guiseppe.
Dave: "How did your date go with Sally last night?"
