Good teacher and is pretty chill. He sometimes let's his students watch Metas Tasis but he only do it when the students who actually care aren't there.

Student: "Those two aren't here today"
Mikael: "Good then we can watch Metas Tasis"

He's a very talketive and outgoing chef. There is no doubt he will become the next Gordon Ramsay. He always recommend expensive but luxury food to everyone but no one but him can afford it.

Widar: "Have you tasted wagyu?"
Person: "No because I can't afford it"
Widar: "Yeah right you're not a rich chef like me"
