When you turn a entity previously immortal into a mortal.

Joe: I have become immortal.
Elizabeth: No, only I shall be immortal, go back to scavenging the ground for food, you fool. I shall mortalify you, as of now.
Joe gets mortalified, and returns to the same strength as that of a pathetic human.
