breeze

a woman who wears no bra, no panties, and a skirt (a flowy one and not a tube, denim, or micro skirt). So called because she goes bree (bra free) and because if a breeze caught her skirt you would get a surprise. (It has nothing to do with being "breezy", i/e an easy broad.)

a woman may do this because she believes in being unfettered or because she is a slut - the short length of the skirt and whether she offers upskirts determines the latter.

Ginger: Helen! I can tell your not wearing a bra. What kind of slut are you!
