Shintsy

A word used by a small group of folk, to derogatively refer to something or someone, that they believe to be sub-par in terms of character, presentation, motivation, quality or performance.

That bike's proper shintsy, I'd rather walk the 10 miles to town, than suffer riding that piece of shit.

"Are you coming to the pub Micky?" "No, I'm proper chonged, and can't be arsed with the pub tonight" "Come on, stop being so shintsy!"
