To abandon the team you've been fighting with to join the opposing team, or to ditch your long-term friends the second you get invited by another group. Especially when in a leadership role with the team. Basically, the modern Benedict Arnold.
Why are you switching teams now? Your team is getting better every year... and didn't you say those guys were your brothers and that you'd stay to win the championship with them?
