Stigmatized Property

The National Association of REALTORS® defines stigmatized property as: "a property that has been psychologically impacted by an event which occurred, or was suspected to have occurred, on the property, such event being one that has no physical impact of any kind."

The previous owner’s son committed suicide over a bad grade, the house he did it in is now a stigmatized property.

Bad Grades

Something you get in school, makes you feel like shit and can even make someone commit suicide. Really Bad, don’t get bad grades

He got bad grades and he was depressed and killed himself so sad.
