One of any number of anime fangirls who dress as Sailor Moon (or one of her cohorts,) but whose body type is obviously not fit for the role (i.e. they are fatties.)

Me: Yo Josh, check out that cosplayer over there!
Josh: Man that is one ugly Sailor Moo!
