Ben

To Ben something is when you smash something onto the floor in a quiet seething rage. Ideally with a backhand and an evil smile. Akin to the hulk smash but sneakier. A Ben must always e plausibly sensible as an accident.

Example: omg he just Benned her coworker's mug onto the floor right in front of me!

Also: omg my cat just Bens my things right off my table while looking right at me! Evil creature!
