"Jiff Pop Anonymous". The number one hang-out crew at Pennhurst run by fire-starting, bottle breaking, bat wielding kids. The graffiti tag, "JPA", can be seen thrown up all over da hurst. Member affiliation varies and changes daily. We throwin' people out all da time!
