A state of being similar to that of a mouse in a cat farm. Constantly nervous, hyperaxious and practically ineffectual. One who is stefanxious feels constantly undermined by even the most inept colleagues or co workers

He'd be fairly good at his job if he wasn't so bloody stefanxious
