(Vulgar): to describe a person who shakes their hair a lot, usually a tactic to annoy people and/or a way to show off in a cringy way.

There was a girl I remember who was such a Yashoopshoop, which made me cringe to death.

A piece of streetwear or fashion (for etc shirts, pants, necklaces, and so on), usually viewed on as acceptable (only) in one place but considered deplorable and controversial when worn in other places
