Used to describe:

1. A performance of epic proportions, one which no one else has ever done before.

2. A ridiculously fast speed.

Named after record-breaking U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps.

1. Our team is playing well, but we're not good enough to be considered Phelpsy.

2. I got pulled over for driving too Phelpsy.
