Rose GM's definitions
The state of being so horny that it's actually altered one's personality and/or behavior toward others, but not nessessarily in an increased sexual or raunchy demeanor. Others may notice the change and attribute it to depression, stress, or a mild concussion, since most who experience offness display symptoms of being aloof, twitchy, and often have delayed reaction time since their mind is on other things.
Friend #1: Hey, have you noticed Angela's been acting a little weird today?
Friend #2: Oh, don't worry about it, she's just seriously off. I think she's hooking up with Mike this weekend, so she should be fine by Monday.
