The Italian Syndrome

Occurs when someone feels that he's getting played while dating. He doesn't want to get played, so he lets his partner decide their status. Usually puts an end to the relationship.

The Klibanov Syndrome 

Occurs when a guy simps for a girl. He then decides to make a move. The girl then answers that he's her "Plan B" and that she's dating someone else for now. Thus, misleading the simp to think that she's actually dating someone at the moment, and will quit dating him soon for him.
Then, the simp discovers he's not the first to hear that answer from that girl.
Likely to happen to chubby delusional high-schoolers.
