egavelc 

when girls are young and have perky boobies, their boobs generally are pushed up, creating clevage. but as these women grow older and older, their boobs sag, when a woman has boobs that have that little flap hanging over in between their boobs, that is egavelc.

that 80 year old woman had egavelc!! gross!
